We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on unwashed, unworn and scent-free bras and sleepwear purchased via our online store within 21 days with receipt present and tags attached.

For health, hygiene and courtesy to future customers, all items with a gusset are final sale. This includes underwear, swimwear bottoms, full swimsuits and bodysuits. Items purchased at a discount and accessories such as bra back extenders and detergent are final sale.

Due to the differences between bra styles and manufactures, we strongly encourage our shoppers to purchase items from brands you are familiar with to avoid disappointment. If you're interested in a new style or brand, or feel your size has changed, please reach out to us at info@broadlingerie.com

How to make a return

1) Make sure the item to be returned is within our policy:

• The garment must be unwashed, unworn (trying on briefly for 5 minutes or less is okay. Wearing for a hour to test the bra out is not!), and free of scent and stains. The tags must be attached to the item. A copy of the receipt is needed.
• Bottoms, one piece swimsuits and bodysuits, accessories and discounted items are final sale.
• Exchanges or returns can be made within 21 days of purchase.

2) Contact us at info@broadlingerie.com for further instructions, including our shipping address or curbside drop off information.

Please note: We cannot cover return shipping costs at this time.

Orders shipped to Canada are shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Items shipped within Ontario will arrive 2-4 days after processing. Items shipped outside of Ontario will arrive within 5 -10 business days. Please allow for 1-2 days for package processing. No orders are processed on weekends, holidays, or Mondays. You will be advised of any delays.

International shipping

We are not offering international shipping at this time.

 

Shipping t-shirt bras

In order to save on shipping costs we pack our t-shirt bras with the cups folded into each other. For everyday storage we recommend storing this kind of bra “sunny side up” in a drawer, the cups nested with other bras like it. If drawer space isn’t available, you can hang t-shirt bras from a hook or hanger, but even draping them over a chair back will do the trick! The goal is to prevent the cups from being crushed or wrinkled, to preserve their shape and structure and maximize your bra's life.

In-store pickup

Please allow up to 2 business days for your in-store pickup item to be processed. We will notify you by email when your order is ready! (Please note: we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Our business days are Tuesday-Saturday, excluding holidays.)

Product availability

Merchandise availability, prices and deals are subject to change without notice. We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However, there is the chance that some items, sizes or colours may be out of stock, which may result in a slightly longer than usual delivery time. When your order is processed, you'll receive confirmation verifying receipt of your order and confirming the availability and prices of all items in your order.
